I offer free shipping on all ready-to-ship pieces on my website. Shipping for commissions is calculated on a case-by-case basis. 

Each work of art is shipped via Australia Post, Sendle or a private courier and is packed with the utmost care and attention. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any potential damage in transit, and options to insure the piece is recommended.

While each piece is made with precision and care to ensure satisfaction, if for whatever reason a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations I offer full refunds to any “Ready to Ship” piece within 14 days, minus shipping return costs and a restocking fee.  

Due to the handmade and artisan nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom projects. However, for commissioned work, I do ensure that the client will have the ample opportunity to approve colours, sketches, materials, and other design elements before the piece is started. Progress photos will be sent throughout the process of creation in case adjustments need to be made to ensure the client's satisfaction. Upon completion, photos of the wall hanging will be sent for final approval before the piece ships. I do not assume responsibility to repair or replace damaged works of art due to misuse or lack of care. Please allow for slight imperfections and recognise that these irregularities add to the quality of the work, representing the handmade effort that goes into each piece.
